**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support leaders with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Health, safety, and wellbeing including workers' compensation.
- Performance management through to resolution where needed.
- Running employee relations matters.
- Remuneration & benefits, including surveys and role benchmarking.
- Deliver people projects and initiatives as defined by the strategic plan.
- Build trusted relationships and coach leaders on people issues.
**Requirements:**
- Broad aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Case management.
- Leader coaching.
- Planning, organising, and project delivery.
- Building effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Reviewing and improving processes.
- Problem solving, and troubleshooting.
