Business Unit Leader

The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain a business unit focused on increasing customer satisfaction, developing a high-performing workforce, and cost-efficient practices.
This role is part of a larger team responsible for processing loan transactions, including Bank Guarantees, Asset Finance, and Securitization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a business unit with a focus on customer satisfaction, high-performing workforce, and cost efficiency.
- Operate in accordance with Compliance & Privacy requirements and manage operational risk effectively.
- Develop a business unit that contributes to the company's purpose of helping Australians succeed.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leadership and management roles.
- Strong understanding of Compliance & Privacy requirements.
- Able to develop a high-performing workforce and implement cost-efficient practices.
