data centre services
is seeking an experienced
Business Unit Director (Pacific)
to lead operations across Australia & New Zealand. This is a high-impact role overseeing a significant data centre portfolio, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery for mission-critical facilities.

As Business Unit Director, you will:

  • Take full
    P&L responsibility
    for the ANZ business
  • Lead large, multi-disciplinary teams and develop future leaders
  • Drive sales and business growth aligned with APAC strategy
  • Build and maintain strong senior-level customer relationships
  • Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and best-in-class service delivery across multiple sites

We're looking for a proven leader with:

  • Senior-level experience in
    data centres or facilities management
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills
  • A track record of successfully managing large teams (multi-country/regional exposure a plus)
  • The ability to balance
    strategic planning
    with
    hands-on operational oversight
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship skills
