This global, blue-chip listed multinational is a market leader in its space providing a range of corporate services to a tier one client base. It is a high-performance environment where you will lead finance for some key business units.

This is a high-profile role heading up finance for a business unit and partnering with key operational leaders. You will take ownership of the budgeting and forecasting process and be expected to build robust and accurate models in what continues to be a highly volatile global market. Through your deep engagement with the business, you will provide the data analysis to guide and inform short, medium and long-term decision making. Supported by a small, but high-quality team you will have the capacity and bandwidth to add value and insight across a number of areas. This is a balanced FP&A / Commercial Control focus ensuring cleanliness in the numbers and importantly delivering insight around costs, revenue channel margin management, key risk areas and opportunities.

You are an energetic, resilient, experienced (circa. 10+ years) FP&A professional with a focus on adding value to business operations. CA, CPA or CIMA qualified with good technical financial modelling skills - you have a solid technical grounding, but it is in your business partnering and commercial support that you truly excel. This role is all about engagement with the business. You need to be a confident and curious business partner with the mindset to question as well as support. This is a global, high performance environment so you will need the energy and drive to match this type of culture.
