Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sponsorship Sales Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Rights Management division, you will be responsible for leading high-profile sponsorship deals on behalf of premium rights holders globally.

Your primary focus will be on proactively sourcing and engaging potential sponsors across various categories and geographical regions. You will need to select and qualify prospects, secure in-person meetings, and build trusted relationships with decision-makers at global brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-profile sponsorship deals on behalf of premium rights holders globally
  • Proactively source and engage potential sponsors across various categories and geographical regions
  • Select and qualify prospects, securing in-person meetings and building trusted relationships
  • Manage and build relationships with decision-makers at global brands
  • Successfully execute competitive processes, resulting in the negotiation and conclusion of high-profile sponsorship deals

We are looking for a highly influential and persuasive individual with a track record of delivering multiple sizeable sponsorship deals with premium global rights holders in sport or entertainment. If you have experience working across different countries, cultures, and time zones, we'd love to hear from you.
