Job Title: Business Development Manager - Heavy Vehicle Industry
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Wales New South Wales. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities in the heavy vehicle industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking, and industry events.
- Liaise with stakeholders, attend accident sites, and maintain workflow for NSW sites.
- Establish working relationships with the Heavy Towing industry to drive prospective works inwards.
- Build a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new ones.
- Understand clients' needs and provide solutions that align with the company's services.
- Maintain constant contact with Centre Managers to maximise leads and client expansion within the industry.
- Develop and adhere to a territory call plan.
Requirements:
- Strong Account Management experience within the Heavy Vehicle Industry.
- Exceptional knowledge of the industry and technical requirements to support operational improvements.
- Highly developed problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Strong in areas of initiative, planning/organisation, time management, customer satisfaction, and self-motivation.
