We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Systems Specialist to support our team with weekly payroll functions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes, working closely with the Payroll Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Data analysis and reporting
- Award interpretation and system advice
- End of month processing as required
- Documenting payroll procedures and checklists
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in high-volume payroll environments and be proficient in using payroll systems, including Preceda. Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, including superannuation, tax, and Fair Work, is essential.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in payroll systems (Preceda preferred)
- High level of numeracy and analytical skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience with documenting payroll procedures
- Experience with payroll reporting tools, e.g., Crystal reporting
Benefits:
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Payroll Systems Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of Collins Foods Limited. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
