Occupational Therapist Job Description

  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
  2. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each participant's needs and goals.
  3. Provide therapeutic interventions that promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient-centered outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for working with individuals with disabilities.
