We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing excellent customer care and helping clients regain their independence and achieve their goals.
The primary function of this role is to provide occupational therapy assessments and develop effective rehabilitation plans that improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
To be successful in this position, you will need to have an Australian recognised degree qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA accreditation. Additionally, you will require strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to positively impacting people's lives.
The key responsibilities of this role include undertaking assessments, designing intervention programs, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and empowering clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals.
