We are seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Clinical and Care team.
The ideal candidate will be working in a fast-paced, values-driven environment, assisting older people to remain living in their own homes.
You will deliver exceptional services, empowering client choice and positively contributing to their health and well-being by encouraging ongoing active participation in the home and community.

Mission: We aim to empower clients to live independently and maintain their dignity throughout their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional assessments and identify home modifications to support client independence
- Provide equipment and aids assessments to enhance client mobility and comfort
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Registration with relevant professional association
- Minimum 2 years' experience in occupational therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time/full-time opportunity.
You will be required to travel to various locations to conduct assessments and provide services.
