We are seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Clinical and Care team.

You will deliver exceptional services, empowering client choice and positively contributing to their health and well-being by encouraging ongoing active participation in the home and community.

Mission: We aim to empower clients to live independently and maintain their dignity throughout their lives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct functional assessments and identify home modifications to support client independence
  2. Provide equipment and aids assessments to enhance client mobility and comfort
  3. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  4. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Registration with relevant professional association
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in occupational therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time/full-time opportunity.

You will be required to travel to various locations to conduct assessments and provide services.
