Job Opportunity for Support Workers

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate support workers to join our team. The role involves providing assistance with daily living skills, transport, social activities, medication, and personal care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with improving their independence by assisting with daily living skills, transport, and social activities.
  • Provide support with medication and personal care.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, families, caregivers, and key stakeholders.
  • Keep accurate records using online systems.

Requirements:

  • A certificate level qualification in Disability or Community Services or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Valid NSW Drivers License C class.
  • Ability to lift 10 kilograms unassisted.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and other common systems.
  • Experience working with people with disabilities and mental health conditions is desirable.
