">Your Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs.
- Focus on reablement and restorative care to help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence.
- Work independently and within a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.
- Develop individualised programs for aged-care clients in the community.
- Use comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models to improve client outcomes.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy with current registration.
- Post-graduate experience across aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated computer literacy.
