">Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs.
  • Focus on reablement and restorative care to help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence.
  • Work independently and within a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.
  • Develop individualised programs for aged-care clients in the community.
  • Use comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models to improve client outcomes.
">Requirements
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy with current registration.
  • Post-graduate experience across aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy.

  • Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • Unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
