We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Assistant in Nursing to provide exceptional care to our residents, ensuring they live with independence and dignity.

Your Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, personalized care that meets the unique needs of our residents
- Support residents' choices and independence, promoting their autonomy and self-esteem
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- A genuine passion for caring for others, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care
- A relevant qualification - a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Nursing, or related health/care studies
- Prior experience as a personal carer in aged care is highly desirable, but not essential
