About the Role

Customer Service is a core part of our business, and as a Customer Care Specialist, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for investigating and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported.

The role involves expertly selling our technology to customers, providing them with solutions that meet their needs and preferences. You will also be required to support our frontline teams with product and process knowledge, being a subject matter expert for all things Dyson.

Additionally, you will provide real-time advice and approvals to help resolve owners' queries, maintaining a high first call resolution rate. You will also assist with identifying continuous improvement opportunities and providing feedback to stakeholders, being a critical touchpoint for our customers.

About You

To excel in this role, you will bring a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, driven by a determination to exceed expectations. You will have strong analytical and decision-making skills, coupled with the ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems effectively.

A genuine love for connecting with people and engaging in meaningful conversations with customers is essential. Empathy, understanding, and a solution-focused mindset will enable you to address customer needs thoughtfully, while resilience and composure in challenging situations will help you maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Required qualifications include previous call centre experience, previous work experience within customer service, and experience with data entry or administration, preferably with an understanding of Excel and CRM systems. High level of written communication skills is also essential.
