We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Advocate to join our team. As a key representative of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a part-time, branch-based role.
This rewarding opportunity allows you to create your best future with our bank as a Customer Experience Advocate at our Marrickville Metro branch.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with customers in-person and over the phone to understand their financial needs, utilizing expert product knowledge to assist them in achieving their financial goals
- Refer customers to specialist banking teams such as Home Loans and Business Banking, as well as coach customers on digital banking offerings
- Maintain sales and referral targets while delivering uncompromising commitment to empowering customers
- Banking experience is ideal, but not essential; high-performer energy and unique ability to gauge and nurture strong customer relationships are key to driving success
- Strong experience in a customer-facing/phone-based sales role, resilience, tenacity, and ability to flex are required
- Proven experience of achieving performance KPIs with an uncompromising commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
