Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Key Customer Advocate to provide exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering best-in-class support and service excellence across all customer touchpoints. Your primary objective is to address and resolve complex customer concerns, issues or complaints regarding their investments, accounts or transactions. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-tier customer support and service through multiple channels.
- Take ownership of customer enquiries and provide timely responses ensuring adherence to our service level agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 2+ years' experience in a high-performing customer advocacy team preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team and use initiative when required.
- Proactive attitude and ability to think creatively and contribute to process improvements.
