Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Financial Advocate to join our team. As a Customer Financial Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers who are experiencing financial difficulties and are unable to meet their contractual obligations.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering customer-centric solutions, with a focus on understanding the customer's situation and offering tailored financial assistance. You will work closely with customers to assess their financial circumstances and develop appropriate plans to help them get back on track.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of customers' financial situations to identify areas of need
- Developing and implementing personalized financial assistance plans to support customers in meeting their contractual obligations
- Providing clear and concise communication to customers regarding their financial options and any resulting changes to their account status
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of financial hardship assistance services
- Staying up-to-date with relevant industry developments and regulatory requirements to maintain expertise in this area
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a high-volume retail consumer credit or collections environment within Banking & Finance industry
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and partnership-building
