Strategic Account Manager Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts within the On The Go channel, ensuring alignment with organisational commercial objectives.

  • Key Account Management: Develop and implement customer-specific business plans that drive sustainable growth and meet sales and visibility targets.
  • Fostering Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure best-in-class execution.
  • Financial Management: Lead full P&L ownership, budget oversight, and claims handling for assigned accounts.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise data and insights to inform strategic decisions, conduct performance reviews, and identify new growth opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Management or related field.
  • Good experience in FMCG sales or account management; experience in the Petrol & Convenience channel is highly regarded.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with a proven ability to deliver results.
  • Demonstrated capability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across various functions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
