This exciting opportunity involves supporting a major security system program within one of Australia's leading Federal Government Departments. As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and assisting Program Managers and Project Managers (PPMs) in developing, reviewing, managing, and disseminating program and project artefacts.

You will work closely with PPMs to maintain strong records management practices, ensure compliance with organisational policies and standards, and evaluate the status of the program and its projects on a regular basis.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated high performance in supporting complex ICT programs and projects as a Project Coordinator, Project Support Officer, or in a similar role within government and/or large enterprise environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including meticulous attention to detail and experience in providing secretariat services to senior executive boards.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management and negotiation, with the ability to effectively engage at all levels of an organisation, develop professional networks, and build strong working relationships.
  • A proven track record of preparing, reviewing, and coordinating program and project artefacts, including reports, procurement documents, communication materials, and documentation to support governance committees.
  • Experience in managing programs and projects using both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, with competence in utilising Azure DevOps for task management.
