**About the Role**

The Community Services Directorate's Inclusion division has an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Grants Manager in the Grants Hub.

This role is responsible for overseeing the design, delivery, and administration of grants programs to ensure that CSD's grants meet strategic objectives and target those in the community who most need them.

You will be part of a hard-working team, responsible for supervising staff and demonstrating management and leadership capabilities. You will contribute to the development of policy and materials related to the Grants Hub.

Your work will involve building relationships with grant applicants and business areas across the Community Services Directorate.

Research and coordination, as well as preparation of ministerial briefings, submissions, government responses, and other complex written material, are central to this role. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design, deliver, and administer grants programs
  • Supervise staff and demonstrate management and leadership capabilities
  • Contribute to the development of policy and materials related to the Grants Hub
  • Build relationships with grant applicants and business areas
  • Prepare ministerial briefings, submissions, government responses, and other complex written material
