About The Role

The primary objective of this position is to drive and deliver the services of BUSY At Work's Australian Apprenticeships Support Services by fostering business relationships with Employers, Apprentices, Registered Training Organisations, Schools, Job Network agencies, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong client base through business development and account management activities to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and sustain business relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term performance outcomes.
  • Promote and generate Australian Apprenticeships commencements through strategic business development initiatives.
  • Undertake contact visits to employers and apprentices/trainees as required.
What You'll Need
  • Prior experience in Australian Apprenticeship Support Services or related vocational education and training (VET) organisations will be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a client base, meeting and conforming to KPIs.
  • A passion for building sustainable working relationships.
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
