About The Role

The Clean Energy Coordinator position at The BUSY Group is a critical role that oversees the day-to-day management and direction of our "B Green" specialist Australian Apprenticeships Support Services (AASS) contract. This role involves providing comprehensive support to Australian Apprentices entering Clean Energy occupations, fostering business relationships promoting the benefits of the Clean Energy sector, and managing staff to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily management of the "B Green" contract and staff
  • Provide extensive support to Australian Apprentices entering Clean Energy occupations
  • Foster business relationships with industry stakeholders, including unions, industry bodies, and employers
Requirements
  • A trade qualification or demonstrated experience working within the Clean Energy sector or associated industries will be highly regarded
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role
  • An extensive understanding of the clean energy renewables sectors, including knowledge of emerging technologies, job opportunities, industry trends, and skill requirements
  • Familiarity with Australian Apprenticeship programs, including apprenticeship pathways, training providers, and regulatory requirements
