Lead a Virtual Sales Team to Success

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze insights and adapt strategies for optimal team performance
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and set an example in best-in-class detailing

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales with prior leadership experience
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results in a virtual environment
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with a passion for mentoring and team development
