The Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and support a team of Virtual Sales Representatives to meet and exceed performance targets.
  2. Drive virtual customer engagement by coaching and providing effective feedback.
  3. Conduct regular team performance reviews, provide ongoing training, and build individual development plans.
  4. Monitor key metrics, analyze insights, and adapt strategies to optimize team performance.
  5. Cross-functionally collaborate to ensure seamless execution of brand strategy and consistent messaging.
  6. Maintain strong customer relationships and lead by example in delivering best-in-class virtual detailing.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and emerging digital engagement techniques.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, with prior leadership or team coaching experience highly regarded.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results and leading by example in a virtual or hybrid environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with a passion for mentoring and team development.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a confident, engaging presence across phone and video platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and virtual engagement platforms.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Genuine interest in healthcare and improving patient outcomes through innovative solutions.
