The Chief Administrative Officer will provide administrative support to our team of consultants, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Key responsibilities include daily office operations, payroll management, contract creation, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Ensure daily office operations run efficiently.
  • Payroll Management: Run fortnightly payroll for the contracting team and create contracts for temporary workers.
  • Proposal Documentation: Assist with proposal preparation and RFP processes.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate venue bookings, catering, and marketing efforts.
  • Websites Updates: Maintain our website (WordPress), edit and design pages as needed.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist consultants with managing the full recruitment process.
  • CRM System Management: Update and manage our CRM system.
  • Social Media: Publish content on LinkedIn and create marketing assets.
  • New Recruit Onboarding: Set up workstations and access to systems for new recruiters.
  • Client Greeting: Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Virtual Team Assistant Management: Oversee the virtual team assistant.
  • Office Maintenance: Coordinate with building management on maintenance, safety, and security.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in an administration role with multitasking abilities, attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism. A positive attitude, initiative, problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to teamwork are essential.
