Drive the Success of a Virtual Sales Team in a Fast-Paced Digital Environment.

As a Virtual Sales Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping the success of our Virtual Sales Team. You will lead, coach, and inspire a team of Virtual Sales Representatives, empowering them to deliver exceptional experiences to healthcare professionals while ensuring alignment with our high-performance culture.

We are looking for a motivated and strategic leader who is passionate about healthcare and ready to guide a team in a fast-paced, digitally enabled sales environment.

The Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and develop a team of Virtual Sales Representatives to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Drive a high standard of virtual customer engagement, supporting your team with effective coaching and feedback.
  • Conduct team performance reviews, provide ongoing training, and build individual development plans.
  • Monitor key metrics, analyze insights, and adapt strategies to optimize team performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of brand strategy and consistent messaging.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and lead by example in delivering best-in-class virtual detailing.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, market trends, and emerging digital engagement techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, with prior leadership or team coaching experience highly regarded.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results and leading by example in a virtual or hybrid environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with a passion for mentoring and team development.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a confident, engaging presence across phone and video platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and virtual engagement platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Veeva).
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced digital environment.
  • A genuine interest in healthcare and improving patient outcomes through innovative solutions.
