We're building a dedicated Virtual Sales Team, and as the Virtual Sales Lead, you'll be instrumental in shaping its success. You'll lead, coach, and inspire a team of Virtual Sales Representatives, empowering them to deliver exceptional experiences to healthcare professionals while ensuring alignment with our high-performance culture.

The Role & Responsibilities :

  1. Lead, support, and develop a team of Virtual Sales Representatives to meet and exceed performance targets.
  2. Drive a high standard of virtual customer engagement, supporting your team with effective coaching and feedback.
  3. Conduct team performance reviews, provide ongoing training, and build individual development plans.
  4. Monitor key metrics, analyze insights, and adapt strategies to optimize team performance.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of brand strategy and consistent messaging.
  6. Maintain strong customer relationships and lead by example in delivering best-in-class virtual detailing.
  7. Keep abreast of industry developments, market trends, and emerging digital engagement techniques.

Skills & Experience :

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, with prior leadership or team coaching experience highly regarded.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results and leading by example in a virtual or hybrid environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with a passion for mentoring and team development.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a confident, engaging presence across phone and video platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and virtual engagement platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Veeva).
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced digital environment.
  • A genuine interest in healthcare and improving patient outcomes through innovative solutions.
