As a Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of our clients. You will provide 1:1 quality support and meet the requirements of the clients based on their individual needs and goals.

Our clients require assistance with daily living activities, accessing the community, and achieving rehabilitation goals. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, support with judgment and decision making, monitoring client behavior, maintaining accurate records, and reporting any concerns to the relevant team member.

Key qualifications for this role include an appropriate certificate relevant to the work required to be performed, previous experience in a related industry or service, and a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional requirements include a driver's license, use of a registered vehicle, first aid certification, NDIS workers check, and up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination certificates.
