About the Role

- Oversight of all preventative and reactive maintenance practices across the facility.
- Manage labor and resource spend to meet financial targets.
- Drive HSE compliance and champion a safety-first culture.
- Evaluate plant reliability through effective maintenance systems and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Tertiary or trade qualifications in engineering or a related field.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Able to lead change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
