Maintenance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance capability on site.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance team, including external contractors. This includes directing team members and contractors engaged in machinery and building upgrades, inspecting site machinery/equipment for conformance with operational standards, and developing methods to improve operation, minimize cost, and labor.

Additionally, the successful candidate will conduct training for new staff, improve team performance, manage stakeholder reporting, and maintain excellent communication, coaching, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Background in managing maintenance teams in food or FMCG is essential.
  • Experience with MEX Maintenance is desirable.
  • Flexibility to manage issues that arise outside normal hours is required.
  • A valid Forklift License (Perform High Risk Work License), Confine Space Entry Permit/ticket is necessary.
  • Familiarity with plant/equipment safety and GMP is mandatory.
  • Advanced computer literacy with MS applications is expected.
