Maintenance Operations Director

This senior leadership position oversees the on-site & admin team, developing and refining operational systems for optimal efficiency.
- Coordinate maintenance activities to meet business objectives.
- Lead a high-performing team, track key performance indicators, and set departmental targets.
- Determine maintenance and warranty priorities based on Victorian Standards and BCA requirements.
- Liaise with clients regarding maintenance needs within the warranty period.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance reports to inform strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a supervisory or management role, possess advanced Microsoft Office skills, exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
