Maintenance Operations Director

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will oversee and direct the upkeep and repair of hangar facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure operational excellence and compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, water usage, waste, and environmental metrics.
- Manage replacement and cleaning of critical parts such as filters to prevent downtime.
- Monitor and document water usage, waste, and environmental metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Repair and service onsite equipment, including paint guns, pots, and specialized tools.
- Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management, preferably in industrial or aviation settings.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Familiarity with SAP for maintenance tracking and documentation is a plus.
