Our products cater to diverse needs, including bedding, furniture, healthcare, sports, packaging, transport, cleaning, and custom-made solutions.
We continuously innovate and develop new ways to manufacture and convert foam. Our unique approach enables us to creatively reuse captured waste, converting it into other valuable products such as carpet underlay.
**Job Summary**
You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, drive sales growth, and be a driving force behind our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the client base, driving revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Able to analyse client data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
