About This Opportunity:

This is an exciting chance to join our team as a Relationship Manager in the Regulatory Compliance solution line.

The main goal of this role is to build, maintain and grow a portfolio of Regulatory Compliance customers, as well as develop effective relationships with key stakeholders.

This is a full-time position based in Sydney with flexible work-life balance options.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop sales opportunities to create a sales pipeline using prescribed sales methodology.
  • Collaborate with the Product Specialist Team, Marketing & BDMs to identify modular upsell and like for like growth.
  • Maintain ongoing client visits to promote and demonstrate Lexis Nexis solutions.
  • Grow and maintain an existing portfolio of Regulatory Compliance customers.
  • Build a sales pipeline to achieve monthly or quarterly sales revenue growth target, visit rate targets and renewal rate targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer and prospective customer contact status in the CRM.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attend regular sales meetings and represent the solution line.
  • Show a thorough understanding of the entirety of the LexisNexis RC technology portfolio including products and services/education offerings.

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree qualification with relevant work experience – preferably in the Compliance solutions market.
  • A minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in Sales within a prominent organisation where structured sales and consultative selling approaches are used.
  • Prior experience in solution sales or subscription sales is essential.
  • Demonstrated performance against sales objectives.
  • Experience and training in high level account management and client relationship development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to make persuasive presentations to various audiences.
  • Highly developed computer skills including Word, Excel, Database etc.
  • Confidence in dealing with risk and compliance customers and other decision makers is essential.
  • Proven ability to maintain understanding and awareness of the risk and compliance market and LexisNexis solution offerings is essential.
  • A team player and problem solver; energetic and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, hungry for sales and worked in targets-driven environment.
