Business Development Executive

Nationwide Group is a leading provider of emergency roadside assistance, towing, and transport solutions. As a subsidiary of RACV, we partner with government agencies, law enforcement, and automotive clubs.
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will work closely with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen and experience in sales, customer relations, account management, or a similar role in a transport & logistics environment.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary commercial contact for a handpicked portfolio of key customers.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure satisfaction, retention, and organic growth of delighted customers.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and partner with internal departments to capitalise on them.
- Oversee regular monitoring and analysis of customer job volumes, revenue, and trading patterns.
- Strong customer focus and understanding.
- High level commercial acumen and understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Results driven, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum based on experience and location.
