Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our Commercial Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of Commercial Finance transactions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate completion of requests received via phone and email. You will also work closely with other business functions to ensure correct execution of requests and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, internal & external, ensuring timely and accurate completion of requests received via phone and email.
  • Work closely with other business functions (Credit, Sales & Legal) to ensure correct execution of requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions.
  • Identify and resolve problems before they impact on DLL, customers, dealers and/or vendors.
  • Liaise with 3rd party financiers for execution of Deed of Priorities, Deed of Release etc

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to situations
  • Experience in data entry & outbound phone calls
