About the Role

Covetrus, a global animal health technology and services company, is seeking an experienced Veterinary Customer Support Specialist to join its Erskine Park team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer support through various communication channels.
  • Process customer orders and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Covetrus' product suite.
  • Serve as a single point of resolution for customer complaints and issues.
  • Accurately manage and maintain up-to-date customer records in Covetrus' cloud-based CRM system.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • At least 1 year's experience in phone-based customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic, high-volume, multi-channel team with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Superior active listening skills, with the ability to show empathy and build rapport with diverse customers.
  • A high level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
