Job Opportunity

The Business Development Manager role is a fantastic opportunity to drive growth and expansion in assigned territories. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving sales and marketing objectives through effective management of all applicable aspects towards portfolio strategy, ATL/BTL calendar, A&P investment, accounting, operational process and distributor's & account's relationship.

  • Develop and implement business development plans with distributors and accounts based on strategic growth objectives.
  • Lead coordinated trade visits to evaluate sales and marketing fundamentals, including portfolio, price, distribution, exhibitions, promotions, and planograms integrity.
  • Manage distributor efforts to ensure initiatives respond to brand guidelines and trade marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with Key Account/Retail Management, Trade Marketing and Brand Management to ensure seamless implementation of business development plans.
  • Monitor distributors' contract compliance as per company policies.
  • Perform other job-related duties as required or that may arise in the future.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in driving growth and expansion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
