About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective growth strategies, conducting market research, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the client base and drive business growth
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
- Bilateral cooperation between different departments within the organization to ensure cohesive goals
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in transport, freight forwarding, or 3PL warehousing
- Proven experience as a business development executive or sales executive
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to build rapport and foster relationships
- Solid time management and planning abilities
