We are seeking a Stores Coordinator to take charge of day-to-day stores operations. You will ensure end-to-end dispatch and general store activities run smoothly and efficiently by coordinating workloads within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily stores activities including goods in/out, packing, shipments, and stock handling
- Coordinate daily team tasks to ensure timely order dispatch and accurate stock management
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current processes and suggest improvements
- Ensure procedures are followed and assist with training across the team as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised store
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in stores coordination
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in the full dispatch process
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to support and guide team members
- Clear, confident communication and a supportive approach
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- A keen eye for process improvement and team accountability
- Forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one (company-funded)
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:10pm, with a fortnightly RDO.
