Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic oversight and technical expertise to manage complex and high-value liability claims.
- Develop and implement effective claims strategies, collaborating with internal legal teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide specialist advice on strategy, settlement, and indemnity decisions.
- Mentor and advise less experienced team members to drive technical capability and excellence.
- Tertiary qualifications in law, business, or insurance.
- 5-10 years' experience in managing complex professional indemnity and liability claims.
- 5 years' experience in mentoring and advising team members.
- Current Practising Certificate (or eligibility) and Admission as a Solicitor in any Australian Court (desirable).
