About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Affinity Education. As a key member of our childcare centre team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our centre managers and area managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to centre managers and area managers
  • Implement an effective documentation collation system for regulatory departments
  • Support account management activities and handle phone inquiries efficiently
  • Work closely with the area manager on daily centre practices

About You
  • Experience in an admin or receptionist role (desirable)
  • Previous history in early childhood education (ideal)
  • Experience in a management or leadership role
  • A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain
  • An individual with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to operate autonomously
