We are seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support services to our Tax & Legal Leadership Support Team at KPMG Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver dedicated administrative support and diary management to Partners onsite and virtually.
  • Organise meetings and events both internally and externally.
  • Provide administrative support for business development initiatives and engagements.
  • Offer recruitment administrative support and assist with onboarding/exiting employees.
  • Maintain the CRM database and run CRM reports as and when required.
  • Work autonomously and manage highly confidential information.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel.
  • Manage strong professional relationships to senior internal and external stakeholders and their EA's.
  • Coordinate team training and the adoption of new technologies.
