The Role

This role sits within our commercial team (Growth), which is essential for the future growth success of Ofload. We focus on sharing our technological capabilities with freight owners throughout Australia and bringing innovation to their supply chain.

Your mission is to ensure customers realise long-term value from our solutions. You will reach out to help customers and fellow team members to solve problems and build solutions before they even think to ask.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the growth of Ofload's client portfolio by continually seeking opportunities to grow our business, with a specific focus on share of wallet growth
  • Build strong ongoing relationships with our clients at all levels of their business, understanding their pain points and ensuring their needs are met
  • Manage allocated portfolio of customers, manage MBRs, QBRs and build joint development plans to grow the business
  • Engage in critical analysis of our client engagements, offer insights and propose strategies to improve performance
What You'll Bring
  • You have a track record of proactively building and maintaining relationships across small and large client accounts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with impact
  • B2B account management experience in the supply chain space
  • Passion for the industry and solving challenges in the supply chain space
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • A strong sense of ownership, tenacity and commitment
  • Adaptability to work in a startup environment where things change quickly
