Purpose of the Role

This role is a key part of our team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, their families, and support coordinators. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and Maintain Relationships

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, their families, and support coordinators to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Understand Client Needs

Understand the needs, objectives, and challenges of our clients to provide tailored solutions and support.

Proactive Engagement

Proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and maintain open lines of communication.

Business Reviews

Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with client goals.

Collaboration

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.

Key Account Metrics

Monitor and analyze key account metrics to track performance and identify trends.

Advocacy

Act as a client advocate within the organization, effectively communicating and addressing client needs, feedback, and concerns.

Reporting

Prepare regular reports on client performance, highlighting key metrics and opportunities for improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement

Work collaboratively with key external stakeholders, including clients, families, support coordinators, and government departments, to develop and implement community engagement and brand awareness opportunities.

Event Participation

Actively identify, facilitate, and participate in client community and stakeholder events and forums to effectively represent Cocoon Group Services as a service provider.

KPIs

Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Mandatory Requirements

The successful applicant will be required to hold:

  • NDIS worker screening clearance
  • NDIS COVID-19 certification
  • Proof of full vaccination
  • Valid driver's license
  • Working with children check

Additionally, the applicant must have the NDIS Worker Orientation certificate completed and be logged in to the relevant platform.

Academic and Professional Qualifications

The successful applicant will hold:

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Disability or Community Services or higher
  • Business administration qualification (desired)
