Key Responsibilities- Cultivate and Maintain Relationships
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing participants, their families, support coordinators, and guardians. This will involve understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and support.
Proactive EngagementYou will proactively engage with existing participants to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and maintain open lines of communication. This will involve conducting regular business reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with participant goals.
Collaboration and CommunicationYou will collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet participant expectations. This will involve monitoring and analyzing key account metrics to track performance and identify trends.
Advocacy and ReportingYou will act as a participant advocate within the organization, effectively communicating and addressing participant needs, feedback, and concerns. You will also prepare regular reports on participant performance, highlighting key metrics and opportunities for improvement.
Stakeholder EngagementYou will work collaboratively with key external stakeholders, including existing participants, family members, support coordinators, LACs, and government departments, to develop, implement, and evaluate community engagement and brand awareness opportunities.
Event ParticipationYou will actively identify, facilitate, and participate in participants' community and stakeholder events and forums to effectively represent Cocoon Group Services as a service provider.
Requirements- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- NDIS COVID-19 Certification
- Proof of Full Vaccination
- Valid Driver's License
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate
- Certificate IV in Disability or Community Services
- Business Administration Qualification (Desired)
