Conveyancing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Specialist to join our team at Recruit Shop. As a Licensed Conveyancer/Paralegal, you will be responsible for:

• Providing expert advice to clients on legal matters related to property transactions and ensuring all legal requirements and obligations are met.
• Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including conveyancing, property law, and regulations.
• Ensuring compliance with property law, regulations, and conveyance procedures, maintaining the highest ethical standards.
• Communicating complex legal terms to clients in an easily understandable manner, delivering exceptional client service.
• Managing multiple tasks and cases simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail, utilizing case management software and MS Office applications.

The successful candidate will have:

• 2+ years of experience in New South Wales conveyancing transactions.
• Proven experience in conveyancing, with a solid track record of managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions.
• Strong understanding of property law, regulations, and conveyancing procedures.
• The ability to explain complex legal terms to clients in an easily understandable manner.
