Purpose of the Role

This role is a critical part of our team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, their families, and support coordinators. As a Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and tailored support to meet the unique needs of each participant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and support coordinators to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with participant goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet participant expectations.
  • Monitor and analyse key account metrics to track performance and identify trends.
  • Act as a participant advocate within the organization, effectively communicating and addressing participant needs, feedback, and concerns.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to management regarding needs and improvements that relate to accommodation and care.
  • Prepare regular reports on participant performance, highlighting key metrics and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with key external stakeholders, including participants, families, support coordinators, and government departments, to develop and implement community engagement and brand awareness opportunities.
  • Identify, facilitate, and participate in community events and forums to effectively represent Cocoon Group Services as a service provider and attract new participants.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Mandatory Requirements

Please note that the successful applicant will be required to hold:

  • NDIS worker screening clearance
  • NDIS COVID-19 certification
  • Proof of full vaccination
  • Valid driver's license
  • Working with Children Check

Additionally, the successful applicant must have completed the NDIS Worker Orientation certificate and be logged in to the relevant platform.

Academic & Professional Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Disability or Community Services or higher
  • Business Administration qualification (desired)
