We are seeking a highly skilled Key Territory Growth Professional to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in our Victorian territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a sales capacity, with experience in business development or territory sales.

Job Description:
  • Manage and grow sales across the Victorian territory, driving revenue and gross profit through strategic planning and execution
  • Maintain a structured call cycle, focusing on key retailers and trade partners to build strong relationships and increase customer engagement
  • Identify new business opportunities, present promotional activity, and introduce new products to stay ahead of the competition
  • Expand brand presence within stores and ensure consistent product visibility and engagement through effective merchandising and display
  • Host trade nights and run product training for retail and counter staff to enhance their knowledge and skills
  • Accurately forecast sales and use CRM systems to manage customer interactions and optimize sales strategies
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in business development or territory sales, preferably in hardware, tools, or adjacent industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Experience working with CRM systems and other sales software, with a proven track record of using technology to drive sales growth
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving results and meeting targets
