Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to take ownership of the Victorian territory, driving revenue and gross profit. This is a full-time, permanent position suited to a confident and self-motivated individual who thrives on building strong, long-term customer relationships.

  • Manage and grow sales across the Victorian territory, identifying new business opportunities and presenting promotional activity.
  • Maintain a structured call cycle, focusing on key retailers and trade partners, and accurately forecast sales using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align with broader business goals, and participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in business development or territory sales, ideally in hardware, tools, or adjacent industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer relationships and work independently.
  • Organisation, target-driven, and proactive, with a passion for delivering results in a high-level sales capacity.
